Social Training and Responding (STAR)

The facilitator mediates social interaction among the group and provides social coaching for toddlers and preschoolers with ASD. Intervention is delivered in small groups of same age peers to promote the development of social and self management skills.

Clubs

• Girls Club: The facilitator mediates social interaction among a small group of same age female peers.
• Boys club: The facilitator mediates social interaction among a small group of same age male peers.

Play Therapy

There are two options for Play Therapy:

• Individual intervention to build independent and age appropriate play skills and promote self management.
• The facilitator mediates social interaction during play with one peer or sibling.
