A Commitment to Research

Since the founding of the organization in 1999, CCDE has been dedicated to finding the best methods possible to help children with ASD through education and related therapies. In doing so, CCDE engages in research and multi-year studies designed to measure the effectiveness of our programming allowing us to continuously improve strategies and find new pathways to success.

	Robert L. Hendren, D.O. is Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science; Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Vice Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco. Hendren is the past (2007-09) President of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
