A message from the President of the CCDE Board of Directors:
On behalf of our board of directors, I would like to thank you for your support of our students and faculty. In less than a decade, CCDE/Oakstone Academy has quickly grown from a preschool operating in the Sunday school classrooms of a church, to one of the premiere educational programs in the country for students of all ages. We are especially excited about Oakstone's future as we celebrate the recent opening of our middle and high school program.
Our exceptional faculty and staff continue to exceed our expectations working closely with our students, delivering both a quality education and the important ingredient of "inclusion" for our students on the autism spectrum. For those of us with children on the autism spectrum, Oakstone offers our children not only an excellent educational opportunity but also, and equally important, a welcoming and caring learning environment. Thanks to the exceptional staff and programming at Oakstone, our children continue to grow and develop to their fullest potential.
Growth comes with its own challenges. With the opening of the new middle and high school building, we now have a need for additional funding so we can continue to create the world-class classrooms and programs to meet the needs of our students. Recognizing this need, our board of directors decided this year to create a new development board, which is focused on creating partnerships within the corporate community. These partnerships will play an important role for CCDE in the coming years, as we continue to grow and deliver on our promise of providing an exceptional education for exceptional students.
Thank you again for your support, and sharing in our vision for our children's future.
